Kara Chu - Co-Director of HR

Kara, a Junior at Crofton House School, is honored to serve as one of the Directors of Human Resources at Enhance 2024. After entering her first case competition in 2023 amidst nerves and excitement, she discovered a deep-seated passion for collaboration and strategic thinking. This experience not only sharpened her critical thinking skills under pressure but also brought to light the importance of dynamic teamwork. Kara vividly recalls the intense adrenaline rush of presenting to skeptical judges, coupled with the gripping suspense as her team awaited the announcement of the top-performing group. As Enhance 2024 approaches, Kara is eager to facilitate a similar environment, where participants can exchange knowledge and form connections, mirroring her own experience in her first competition. Outside of her academic life, Kara is a committed varsity field hockey player and can often be found exploring various genres of music, always eager to discover her new favorite song.
