About Enhance
Enhance was originally created in 2020 by a group of passionate high school students in the Vancouver Lower Mainland area who saw the potential for real, innovative change in the high school business landscape. Their vision was to create a unique case competition that would empower students with practical business experience, foster creativity, and equip them with essential problem-solving skills. Unfortunately, just as Enhance was starting to gain momentum, the global pandemic struck, forcing the team to put their plans on hold.
In 2024, a resilient new executive team reignited Enhance, recognizing its value to the high school business community. Their efforts led to a successful relaunch, establishing Enhance as a significant presence in Vancouver’s high school business competition scene.
Now in its third iteration, Enhance is a growing competition that continues to attract ambitious students, providing a platform to showcase ideas, tackle real-world business challenges and build valuable connections. Enhance’s journey from the pandemic shutdown to its current success showcases the power of resilience, dedication, and vision.

Welcome to the third official iteration of Enhance Case Competition.
My name is Vicky Liu, and it is my distinct honour to serve as your Chair for Enhance 2026. On behalf of the Executive Team and Board of Directors, it is my absolute pleasure to invite you to the third iteration of Enhance, hosted at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business on April 4, 2026.
Since our inception in 2024, Enhance has rapidly emerged as an innovative platform dedicated to creative problem-solving and collaborative learning. Designed to surpass the boundaries of traditional business case competitions, Enhance focuses on real-world challenges that immerse participants in interactive environments while providing meaningful support and valuable hands-on experience. As we enter our third official iteration, Enhance remains committed to inspiring ambitious youth to think critically, empowering passionate high school students to innovate with confidence, and cultivating a dynamic, business-focused experience and network.
With the addition of a new career panel featuring professionals from diverse industries, a reimagined mystery box activity, and an expanded prize pool, we aim to provide attendees with an enriching experience for growth. Whether you are new to case competitions or an active attendee, this iteration offers fresh opportunities to push the boundaries of your leadership, creativity, and business skills. We hope to encourage all attendees to challenge themselves as future leaders and let their passion guide their success in the business world.
Our executive team remains dedicated to building on last year’s success, striving to ensure that Enhance 2026 offers a high-quality and engaging experience for every participant. Together with the executive team, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to expanding Enhance and making this year’s competition our best iteration yet. I eagerly anticipate an engaging and insightful conference and cannot wait to see the innovative solutions attendees will bring forward.
