Julie Zeng - Co-Director of HR

Julie Zeng, a current junior at Crofton House school, is thrilled to serve as one of the Directors of Human Resources for Enhance 2024. Through her involvement in a business case competition, Julie witnessed firsthand the importance of strategic thinking and collaborative problem-solving, and learned how these skills are essential to achieving success not only in business case competitions, but also in real-world scenarios. For this year’s iteration of Enhance, Julie looks forward to observing how teams with different backgrounds and experiences will tackle business challenges, as well as the diverse innovative ideas and solutions that will come as a result. Julie believes that each team’s unique perspective will offer valuable learning opportunities for her, and enhance her perspective on the management of human resources. Outside Enhance, Julie can be found horseback riding, laughing to Penguinz0’s videos, or trying to perfect Coffee by Beabadoobee on her guitar.
