Andrea Lachica - Director of Outreach

As a Crofton House School Sophomore, Andrea Lachica is excited to serve as the Director of Outreach at Enhance 2024. As a Freshman, she took on the challenge of competing in her first-ever case competition, remembering frantically completing slide decks, filled with nerves and a lack of experience. Later, she engaged in her second case competition learning to create better outcomes with her team after presenting to judges and incorporating feedback, utilizing each of her team’s skills to ruminate innovative solutions. Inspiring her to pitch her business idea with great learnings in marketing and success. As Enhance draws near, Andrea is looking forward to observing intense youth enhance their understanding and interest in business while strengthening her own passion for business. Apart from Enhance, Andrea spends time training to sprint faster, jump higher, playing clarinet for and figuring out new science experiments to partake in.
